The room was fantastic and very comfortable. We had plenty of space to relax. The beds were very comfortable. I even looked to try and find a name one the sheets to buy some for myself! The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us advice on our stay and helped us when our luggage was delayed by the airline. They were also very kind in holding onto a Christmas present for my friend to collect after we left. The location is ideal as it is near the train station and many attractions are easily accessible. My experience was great and I look forward to staying here again when I return to Turin next year.

Came with a lot of supplies and toiletries such as sensitive washes, slippers and creams, beds were very comfortable and clean, hotel reception was kept very cool and clean and had a lovely sophisticated style, the location was excellent as it was super close to the centre, the ONLY exception to a perfect review was the air conditioning, it was barely noticeable and very hot and stuffy, especially coming from the36 degree heat outside we would’ve appreciated a nice cool room, that would be the only thing that stops this hotel from being the perfect 10 !,

Was the most satisfying choice among the hotels in our Piemonte-Liguria-Lombardia trip in March 2024.

There were lots of hot and cold options at the breakfast buffet. Reception had city maps for tourists. The Hop on Hop off bus stop was right outside the hotel. We availed of the free luggage storage on our last day.
