We had a very nice stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for both travelling the region and exploring the historical town, the airport shuttle is around the corner. They upgraded our room to superior for free. I could order breakfasts at spot each day cause i wasn’t sure about our plans intially. Breakfast was very tasty but could have more variety in hot and savoury dishes - except for the pastry table with pies and croissants was different each day. Staff is professional and nice, spotlessly clean bathrooms. One day the hot water stopped and they relocated us to another room within 15min. We enjoyed our time there, thanks!

The pillow menu was the highlight. Made me feel like I was back at home. The location is great. Especially if you don't mind walking because it's never more than 20 min from every major site. Plus across from the train station. As well, some great restaurants less than ten minutes away. From high end to quick bite. You will never be stuck for something to eat. There is also a Carrefour grocery store 4 min away and a late night convenience store ten minutes away.

Perfect location if you are travelling and using the Porta Nova or even the Porta Susa station, which is within walking distance. Also, great location if you want to visit the historic centre. Friendly and helpful staff, we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in the hotel. Spotless clean and very spacious room with comfy beds! Can not recommend highly enough.

My stay at Starhotel Majestic was absolutely wonderful! What stood out to me the most was how conveniently located it was near both the train station and the city center. This made it incredibly easy for me to navigate the city and explore its attractions. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and they made sure that my every need was taken care of. They were quick to respond to any issues that arose, no matter how minor they were. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the hotel rooms. They were very clean and equipped with top-notch amenities that made me feel like I was indulging in a luxurious experience. What's more, the price for all of this was incredibly reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend Starhotel Majestic to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable place to stay. The combination of excellent staff, top-quality rooms, and prime location make it a must-visit for travelers. I know I will definitely be returning here in the future!

The payment method is a bit confusing We still have funds pending from my bank when the total bill was paid prior to checking out We were told that this would be closed immediately after payment but it hasn’t been done yet Perhaps a deposit and final balance paid at checkout would be a better option rather than double payment being taken (one paid, one pending) and having to wait on the hotel closing the pending payment when they have already been paid

The room was a good standard and the bed was excellent. You can choose different pillow types too. the bathroom was great and it was kept spotless. I wish there had been more cupboard space - or in bathroom, more shelf space. Overall, it was lovely.

This is a classic hotel with a beautiful artdecor environment. There is a continental breakfast that we have choosen to improve by ordering some dishes a la carte; in the order hand, they offer lactose free dairy, what was very nice! Our room was new and modern.

The hotel is very conveniently located right next to a direct connection from the airport with the bus, this made it very easy for us travelling with a baby. The staff has been excellent all around and all our interactions with them have been above our expectations, especially in the restaurant and bar.

This starhotel majestic is right next to the main train station and at the outskirt of the old town and the busy part of Torino with restaurants, coffees and pasteries shops and shops right next door, which makes everything reachable on foot and by public transport. It is a very well maintained hotel with excellent amenities, a reasonable size room. We took the standard room and it was good for my 11 year old son and I. The room had a perfect working AC which was a blessing during the heat wave. The breakfast was very descent and quiet varied especially that the Italians are not really known for their breakfast :). The starhotel majestic reminds you the advantages the hotels have over apartments.
